Ford Ranger 3.2 Wildtrak with Lift Up Kit

Here at SUPERCIRCUIT, we not only supply ready made steel braided brake line kits, we can also custom made according to the specification of the customer's car. Just like the below 'body lifted' Ford Ranger T6 3.2D Wildtrak.


If you have a lifted 4WD or SUV, you have to check if the original rubber brake hoses have enough length especially when the suspensions traveled to the maximum. This is important because the brake hoses will give way if they are over stretched! Below is how the rubber brake hose being stretched when the wheel dropped to its lowest point.


Here at SUPERCIRCUIT, we carefully adjusted the length of the steel braided brake hoses to fit the front lifted suspension of this Ford Ranger 3.2D Wildtrek, so it is safe at all on and off road conditions.


At the rear of this Ford Ranger 3.2D Wildtrek, the car is lifted by the 'lift block' added to the leaf springs and now the vehicle body is further away from the axle causing the original rubber brake hoses being stretched.



The made to measure SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses are carefully measured with the consideration of the travelling distance of the rear axle and is custom made to fit the lift-up distance of the vehicle itself. Unlike the rubber brake hoses, now it is very safer under all driving conditions and do not have the issue of being over stretched.

Ford Fiesta Steel Braided Brake Lines

Better braking and be able to stop in time is an important safety issue. There are many ways to improving the braking performance from brake pads, brake discs to better tires and of course steel braided brake hoses play important role in bringing the car to stop!

SUPERCIRCUIT has the Steel Breided Brake Hoses for the 6th generation Ford Fiesta 1.6 (2008~ ). Here are the photos before and after the installation:



The front brake hose of the Ford Fiesta shown below after the front wheel is removed. 


The factory stock front braking system of the 6th generation Ford Fiesta comes with rubber brake hoses. Most of the time, moisture will be absorbed into the brake fluid systems through rubber brake hoses and contaminate brake fluid, contaminated brake fluid can be harmful to the rubber brake hoses' inner surface, and affect the braking performance.


We replaced the Ford Fiesta factory stock rubber brake hoses to steel braided brake hoses from SUPERCIRCUIT. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses are more resistant to brake fading especially under hard braking conditions and when the brake fluid is boiling e.g. high speed continuous braking, downhill etc. Thanks to the Teflon inner hose which is able to withstand high temperature and the steel braided layer preventing the hoses from swelling under high pressure braking.


For optimum braking performance, not to forget there are brake hoses at the rear wheels too. The rear brake hoses can be access easily after removing the rear wheels (SEE BELOW).



We replaced both the left and right rear wheel's original rubber brake hoses to the USA Engineered SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided ones.

Audi Q7 Steel Braided Brake Lines

It takes a lot of effort to slow down this gigantic machine while travelling at high speed, not to mention to bring it to a stand still. One of the very important components in the stopping of the Audi Q7 is the brake hoses.


A part of the stock original front brake hose of the Audi Q7 shown below. The stock brake hose is made of rubber. In most cases, moisture will be absorbed into the brake fluid systems through rubber brake hoses and contaminate brake fluid, contaminated brake fluid can be harmful to the rubber brake hoses' inner surface, and affect the braking performance.


We replaced all the Audi Q7 rubber brake hoses to the steel braided one from SUPERCIRCUIT. The SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses are more resistant to brake fading especially under hard braking conditions and when the brake fluid is boiling e.g. high speed continuous braking, downhill etc. Thanks to the Teflon inner hose which is able to withstand high temperature and the steel braided layer preventing the hoses from swelling under high pressure braking.

Mazda2 Steel Braided Brake Lines

SUPERCIRCUIT has the Steel Breided Brake Hoses for the 4th generation Mazda2 (also called Mazda Demio, model year 2004~). Here are the photos during the installation:


The factory stock front braking system comes with rubber brake hoses. Most of the time, moisture will be absorbed into the brake fluid systems through rubber brake hoses and contaminate brake fluid, contaminated brake fluid can be harmful to the rubber brake hoses' inner surface, and affect the braking performance.


The rubber brake hose of the Mazda2 front wheel (SEE BELOW).

We replaced the Mazda2 factory stock rubber brake hoses to steel braided brake hoses from SUPERCIRCUIT. 

The SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses are more resistant to brake fading especially under hard braking conditions and when the brake fluid is boiling e.g. high speed continuous braking, downhill etc. Thanks to the Teflon inner hose which is able to withstand high temperature and the steel braided layer preventing the hoses from swelling under high pressure braking.

The original rear braking system of the Mazda2 comes with one rubber brake hose at each side (SEE BELOW). 


Please note the angled fitting of the original factory stock rubber brake hose (PICTURE BELOW) will be replaced with a straight one from SUPERCIRCUIT. 

The head fitting (at the chassis side) is replaced by a straight one from SUPERCIRCUIT. The tail banjo fitting (at the caliper side) is then replaced from a straight one to an angled one for ease of installation (SEE BELOW). The length of the steel braided brake hose is also carefully selected, taking into account the factors of wheels steer as well as the shock absorber's travelling.

Alfa Romeo 156 Custom Made Front Steel Braided Brake Lines - Dos & Don'ts

We have a very good Dos and Don'ts example with this custom made Alfa Romeo steel braided brake lines to we did today.



The Alfa Romeo 156 came to SUPERCIRCUIT for a set of custom made front steel braided brake hoses because the front calipers are modified and it was installed with a set of custom made steel braided brake hose by the previous owener. We inspected the brake hoses thoroughly and this is what the findings are:

The exposed steel braided brake hoses at the fitting increases the risk of exposure to contamination due to the elements.  

The wrongly calculated brake hose length causes it to rub against the vehicle body. A good set of brake hose should have enough clearance and not rubbing against anything. 

The wrongly calculated brake hose length also causes it to rub against the caliper bracket. This is cause excessive wear and tear in long run. The SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses length is carefully measured with steering wheel movements and absorber movements are being taken into account.

The good set of steel braided brake hose should be clear from any moving component, so to reduce the risk of wear and tear.

Ford Fiesta 1.5 Steel Braided Brake Lines

The steel braided brake hoses made for the 6th generation Ford Fiesta (2008 onwards) by SUPERCIRCUIT is installed to the Ford Fiesta 1.5 below.


Firstly, the Ford Fiesta front wheels have to be removed to access to the front stock rubber brake hoses.


The original brake hoses are made of rubber. Most of the time, moisture will be absorbed into the brake fluid systems through rubber brake hoses and contaminate brake fluid, contaminated brake fluid can be harmful to the rubber brake hoses' inner surface, and affect the braking performance. It is advisable to check your rubber brake hoses frequently for possible faulty. The Ford Fiesta factory stock front rubber brake hose shown below. 

Close up picture of the brackets and fitting at the at the front shock absorber (BELOW PICTURE), it is important to have this bracket to hold the brake hose in place, not to rub against any moving components during steering turns or shock absorber's movements.

Note the holding bracket at the middle of the SUPERCIRCUIT steel brake hose is 100% compatible with the factory suspension system. We replaced it with an OEM compatible fitting, no hanging and dangling (SEE BELOW CLOSE UP PICTURE).



Front braking system is important, but not to miss out the rear. The Ford Fiesta rear brake system with drum brakes (BELOW).

The factory stock rubber brake hoses can be easily found after the rear wheels of the Ford Fiesta is removed (SEE BELOW).
