Steel braided brake lines will help to eliminate brake pedal sponginess, provide firm and immediate brake response hence reduce braking distance during emergency braking.
It is an important part of the whole braking system which contributes significant braking performance. Even after you have upgraded to a better rotors, be it slotted or cross drilled, or even you have a set of high performance brake pads, without a set of good steel braided brake lines, you don't get the full out of your braking system!

There is an extra piece of steel braided brake hose in the rear middle which is always missed out by a lot of people. We also included that in the kit, so you have a full steel braided brake hose set for the Land Cruiser 100 series.
Steel braided brake hose gives more feedback and more responsive against the factory fitted rubber brake hose due to the superior performance of the inner Teflon core and steel braided outer layer preventing the brake hose from expanding under severe conditions i.e. high temperature operation, heavy braking, down hills etc.
