Steel braided brake hoses are more resistant to brake fading, it will also eliminate brake pedal sponginess, provide firm and immediate brake response hence reduce braking distance during emergency braking is especially important for such a high performance model.

Stock front brake hoses of the Corolla Altis are made of rubber. Most of the time, moisture will be absorbed into the brake fluid systems through rubber brake hoses and contaminate brake fluid, contaminated brake fluid can be harmful to the rubber brake hoses' inner surface, and affect the braking performance. It is advisable to check your rubber brake hoses frequently for possible faulty.
