Honda CR-V (RM) Steel Braided Brake Lines

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Hose Kit to the 4th generation Honda Civic (RM, 2011-2016) to improve the braking performance of the SUV.

<HONDA CR-V FRONT BRAKE HOSES>
We removed the front wheels in order to get access to the original stock rubber brake hose. Front ventilated disc brake of the Honda CR-V (RM) shown in the picture below.


The factory stock original front rubber brake hose shown in the picture below tends to deteriorate over the time through expansions and contractions during braking processes, especially under high operating temperatures; it will also swell with age and restrict brake fluid flow. So, inspect your rubber brake hoses frequently.


The SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hose is fitted to the Honda CR-V (RM) front brake system as shown in the picture.


The stainless steel braided layer on top of the PTFE Teflon core of SUPERCIRCUIT brake lines prevents further expansion under extreme pressure, hence better braking response and consistent braking performance under hard braking conditions.

The rear side of this Honda CR-V (RM) brake system comes with solid disc setup as shown below.


We replaced the Honda CR-V (RM) rear brake with the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses, for better braking response and consistent braking performance. Mazda CX-5 KF 2.5T steel braided brake lines

The 2nd generation Mazda CX-5 (KF) is at our installation bays for the braking performance improvement. We have supplied and installed a set of SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Lines to improve the braking response and stopping performance of the vehicle.


There are 4 pieces of factory fitted rubber brake hoses on the Mazda CX-5 (KF), 2 at the front wheels and another 2 at the rear. Rubber brake hoses will eventually weaken due to this constant expansion. This means the rubber is basically stretching over time and consequently losing its ability to do its job efficiently. This can feel like the brakes are “spongy” and don't respond as quickly or sharply.

We have replaced all the factory stock original rubber brake hoses with the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses for optimum braking performance.

<FRONT WHEELS>
To counter the shortfall of the rubber brake hoses, the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Hoses are Teflon cored with braided stainless steel around them, so they will not expand or swelling under such condition, hence the braking performance is maintained even under very high operation temperature and extremely high braking pressure!


The Trivalent Zinc platted fittings at both ends of the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses are made according to the original car's specification, so they are not only look original and professiona, they are also very safe and durable too!

<REAR WHEELS>
Equally important is the rear braking system, so the rear factory stock original rubber brake hoses are replaced with the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake lines for a firmer and more responsive braking hence reducing the stopping distance during emergency braking.

The length of each SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake line on the Mazda CX-5 KF is carefully calibrated so they are not subjected to over stretching or compressed during the suspension movements. Further more, the PTFE Teflon inner core is very resistance to expansion under pressure i.e. during hard braking. It is also does not degrade from corrosive or under high temperate.

SUPERCIRCUIT steel Braided Brake Lines are compliant to Society of Automotive Engineers, International (SAE J1401) and DOT Standard Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS106) and every hose is tested to 3000 p.s.i. (normal brake master pump will reach around 1800 p.s.i.).

BMW E46 3-series Steel Braided Brake Lines

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Lines (4-pcs in total for all front and rear brakes) to the BMW E46 3-series here at our installation bays.


The SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses has Teflon core, then wrapped with braided stainless steel around them, so they will not expand or swelling under heavy braking, hence the braking performance is maintained even under very high operation temperature and extremely high braking pressure!

Shown in the picture below, the BMW E46 3-series factory stock original front rubber brake hose.

Stock factory fitted rubber brake hose tends to deteriorate through expansion and moisture, especially under high operating temperatures; it will also swell with age and restrict brake fluid flow. So, inspect your rubber brake hoses frequently.


We replaced the rubber brake hose of the BMW E46 3-series with the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hose as shown in the below picture.

The stainless steel braided layer on top of the PTFE Teflon core of SUPERCIRCUIT brake lines prevents further expansion under extreme pressure, hence better braking response and consistent braking performance under hard braking conditions.


For better and safer braking, it is advisable to replace all rubber brake hoses to the steel braided ones. In the picture below is the factory stock original rubber brake hose of the rear brake on the BMW E46 3-series.


We replaced the BMW E46 3-series rear rubber brake hoses with the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake ones (as shown in the picture below) for better braking response and consistent braking performance.

Mercedes Benz C-class (W205) Steel Braided Brake Lines

The SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Hoses Kits are designed to direct replacement of the factory stock rubber brake hoses for improved braking response and better braking performance.

Featured below, the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Lines developed for the Mercedes Benz C300 (W205), to effectively improve the braking responsiveness and also enhance the braking performance under hard braking conditions.


Firstly, the Mercedes Benz C300's front wheels are removed in order to access to the front brake hoses.


Pictured below, the original rubber brake hose on the front left side of the Mercedes Benz C-class (W205). The stock factory fitted rubber brake hose tends to deteriorate through expansion and moisture, especially under high operating temperatures; it will also swell with age and restrict brake fluid flow. So, inspect your rubber brake hoses frequently or swap it with a steel braided one.


The original Mercedes Benz C-class (W205) rubber brake hose (shown in the picture above) is replaced by the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake hose for better braking response and improved stopping performance!

The stainless steel braided layer at the outer layer of the PTFE Teflon core prevents further expansion under extreme pressure, hence better braking response and consistent braking performance under hard braking conditions.

Not to forget the original stock rear braking system has rubber brake hoses too! In the picure below, the rear wheels are removed to access to the rear brake hoses of the Mercedes Benz C-class (W205).

The factory stock rear rubber brake hose is replaced with the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake hoses, for better braking response and consistent braking performance.

BMW F30 3-series Steel Braided Brake Lines

We have supplied and installed the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Lines to the BMW F30 3-series below for better braking response and to improve the stopping performance.


The wheels are removed to access to the original rubber brake hoses at the front.


The BMW F30 factory supplied rubber brake hoses have the tendency to expand under high braking pressure and while the brake fluid is cooking, hence delayed the braking response.


To counter the shortfall of the rubber brake hoses, the SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Hoses are Teflon cored with braided stainless steel around them, so they will not expand or swelling under such condition, hence the braking performance is maintained even under very high operation temperature and extremely high braking pressure!


The rear brake hoses are equally important and not to be missed out.


The rear of the BMW F30 3-series originally comes with two rubber brake hoses and they are to be replaced with the high performance SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Hoses too!

Honda Civic FN2 Type-R Steel Braided Brake Lines

The SUPERCIRCUIT Steel Braided Brake Lines made for the European Version Honda Civic FN2 Type-R for better braking response and stopping power.


To access to the front brake hoses, remove the front wheels of the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R as shown in the picture below.


The below picture shows the factory stock rubber brake hose of the front right hand side of the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R. Rubber brake hoses have the tendency to expand under high braking pressure and while the brake fluid is cooking (over heated), hence delayed the braking response.



To counter the shortfall of the rubber brake hoses, the SUPERCIRCUIT Teflon core with braided stainless steel around it does not expand or swelling under such condition, so the braking performance is maintained even under very high operation temperature and extremely high braking pressure!

The below picture shows the front right hand side of the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R brake hose being replaced by the SUPERCIRCUIT Stainless Steel braided one.


Please take note that there are in total f4 pieces of rubber brake hoses at the rear of the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R. 2 pieces are located at slightly above the rear axle and the other two are at each rear calipers.

In order to get the optimum braking benefits from the steel braided brake lines, all 6 pieces of the factory stock rubber brake hoses are to be replaced by the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided brake lines. 

This is the rear left inner rubber brake hose and the second picture below shows after it is replaced by the SUPERCIRCUIT steel braided one.



In the pictures below, the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R rubber brake hose at the inner right side of the rear axle and that being replaced by the steel braided one. 



The other two rear rubber brake hoses are at the rear calipers, one each for the rear calipers of the Honda Civic FN2 Type-R.



The length of the brake hoses and the angle of the fittings are carefully calculated and simulation of the movements on both front and rear suspension and steering is taken into account during the development of this brake hose kit to ensure maximum safety.
